Kova is a personal budgeting app. All data you enter — transactions, budgets, debts, and financial information — is stored locally on your device only and never transmitted to any server.

We do not collect any information. Specifically:

- No personal information is requested or stored by us
- No financial data leaves your device
- No usage analytics or tracking
- No cookies or third-party trackers
All app data is stored using your device's local storage and remains entirely under your control.
Data Storage
Your budgeting data is saved locally on your device using standard browser/app storage (localStorage). This means:
- Your data is only accessible on the device you use Kova on
- Uninstalling the app will delete all stored data
- We have no access to your data at any time
Kova includes a manual backup and restore feature so you can export your own data at any time.
Third Parties
Kova does not share any data with third parties. We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising networks, or data brokers.
The app uses Google Fonts (DM Sans, DM Serif Display) for typography, which may involve a request to Google's servers to load fonts. No personal or financial data is involved in this request.
Children's Privacy
Kova is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
Changes to This Policy
If we make changes to this privacy policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of Kova after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
